    Segment 1
    Georgeann starts the episode off by explaining changes happening to the show, as she is going on a hiatus for a short time, but reruns will be playing throughout her hiatus, along with this she is going to be a guest on another TalkRadio.NYC show, Frank About Health in the near future. Georgeann explains how this episode is entitled Everyday Awakenings as she and Judi will be talking about spirituality in their everyday lives. Georgeann continues to discuss her new puppy, Simon, and how after she brought him home she reflected on her feelings of frustration and how this feeling is the same one her parents had felt raising her. Judi continues off of this, saying that the awareness of Georgeann’s feelings and their origins is important in letting these negative feelings go. Judi discusses her childhood, and how each of her parents treated her heavily impacted her mental formation, as children have a limited view of the world. The two continue to discuss how vital one’s childhood is to their mental formation, and how this is often an underlying factor in one’s adult life. They continue to discuss God the creator and how even though we often feel abandoned by him, he never does abandon all of us. Georgeann brings up the collective consciousness, and how everything we do impacts the collective consciousness.

    Georgeann and Judi discuss love, and how love is enduring regardless of how good the times are, with Georgeann bringing up a book she had read a long time ago that changed her perspective, the first line being “life is difficult”. Georgeann says that this is only kind of true, as if you look towards history that life is and has always been difficult, but it is not only difficult. Judi brings up her kids and how even though raising them was difficult, her children have been the biggest blessings in her life. Judi continues by saying that it's important to choose love, and one of our life’s purposes is to eventually choose love. The two continue to discuss how old wounds from childhood impacts how we react to everyday things, and if we hang on to those old wounds we will only be able to react and not choose to live our lives. Judi discusses how we need to listen to our bodies to be able to move forward in life, and how some of these issues are based on past trauma.

    Georgeann starts by discussing how all people are both light and dark, and that these are both within us, and throughout our lives we tend to lean into either of these. She continues by saying that often when someone leads their life through darkness it's not often a choice but rather a reaction to one’s circumstances. Judi brings up the contrast between life and dark within our lives, and how this contrast is incredibly important. The two discuss how Georgeann was not raised Catholic, and she explains her journey towards Catholicism and the Lord. Judi explains her journey through Catholicism, and how she was raised Catholic, and how she also believes that there are “several ways home” even though she has great faith in God and her religion. Georgeann and Judi address the audience, and say to feel free to go to their websites and reach out to them, as they are interested in what people think of the show, and any feedback at all is welcomed.

Being forced to fight extreme turbulent circumstances, he triumphed over everything and everyone that dared to strip him of his dignity and integrity.
    Join us as Dino shares excerpts from his book ELEVEN DAYS TO THE PROMISED LAND the true account of an impoverished boy who finds success in America against all odds. Fighting his way out of a tiny town in war-torn Greece he finds his way to what he thought was the promised land meeting Frank Sinatra, George Steinbrenner and mafia members who helped him ground his footing in the odd and foreign land.

    Segment 1
    Georgeann begins the show by introducing the guest for today’s show, Dino Pavlou, explaining that he is on this week’s show to explain the story of his life. Georgeann brings up Dino’s book Eleven Days to the Promised Land, which is based on the true events of his life growing up in Greece and moving to the United States. Dino discusses how he understands how the people in Afghanistan feel, and he finds similarities between his time spent in war-torn Greece and the lives of the people in Afghanistan currently. Dino explains his first impressions of the United States when he arrived when he was 17, explaining the first things he remembers are the Statue of Liberty and the New York Skyline. Georgeann and Dino discuss Dino’s village in Greece and Dino mentions that the skyscrapers in New York reminded him of the trees in Greece, as in his village there were only one and two story buildings. Dino discusses how when he traveled to the United States was the first time he had ever seen the ocean.

    Georgeann and Dino discuss how when Dino left Greece he was given a sheepskin coat from a shepherd, and when he arrived in the United States, his Uncle joked about the coat to welcome him into the United States. Dino continues to explain how he was drafted into the US military during the Korean War, and his experience during training. Dino tells an anecdote about when he was called to see the commander, and he was nervous that they would kick him out because he didn’t speak English that well, but instead they offered him to be a part of the program that would help send money back to his family. He was incredibly thankful and accepted immediately. Dino continues to explain what he learned in the military, and how he would never have been able to learn in a university, including discipline, survival skills, and brotherhood.  Dino gives an anecdote about when he met Audie Murphy, when he was assigned to be his driver, and in the short time they spent together while Dino was in the army they became fast friends.

    Segment 3
    Georgeann and Dino discuss who Audie Murphy was only the beginning of all of Dino’s celebrity friends, and Dino explains how he became friends with Frank Sinatra and how they first met. Dino explains how he met Frank Sinatra when he was working at this club the Byline, which many celebrities attended.  He explains that Frank Sinatra was questioning the manager about why Mabel Mercer, a singer who was facing racism at the club, why she wasn’t being allowed to perform anymore at the club, and Dino stood up for both Sinatra and Mercer against his manager, saying the manager was in the wrong, ending up losing his job. Even though he lost his job, soon after Mercer was able to get Dino a new position in a high end club where she was performing. There Dino met Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Ella Fitzgerald among many others. Dino continues to explain how Frank Sinatra saved his life in the early 1980s.

Our hosts introduce Cynthia, a very accomplished transformational specialist. They introduce her book I Choose Me and bring up her Ted x talk. Cynthia explains her background and personal family history that explain how she came to be who she is today and all the works that she has done. Cynthia explains how her struggle and suffering throughout childhood had become the foundation of all her books and programs.
    Segment 2Coming back from the break, they begin to talk about the importance of passion and following it. For Cynthia, that passion was created. She wanted to follow her passions because by doing so, it brought her to another level. The three talk about how they are created to have a certain passion, whether it be creating or not, that they are meant to do. Cynthia explains how in order to find and follow a passion, you have to declutter life by sorting through all the history and baggage and then create a space that reflects what you would want.
    Segment 3Coming from the break, Cynthia goes into how spiritual practices are a great way to discover yourself on a deeper level. This leads to transitions and then truth telling. Cynthia explains the steps that people have to take to find healing in life after struggles and trauma. Cynthia tells a personal story of how she had pushed her physical well being past its limit and how due to that she was in danger of disease. The body is a tell to if you are holding yourself back or not progressing in your mental and spiritual health.
    Segment 4The last segment of tonight’s show starts with Cynthia explaining why she wanted to write her book. Women’s role in society was to take care of everyone else first, before the self. Cynthia believed that the self should come first. Once you are capable and able to take care of yourself, then you can spread that care to those around you. Judi agrees that she too is, as she introduces today’s guest: Courtney Marchesani. The three talk about the stigma of being sensitive and Courtney goes on how she chooses to see being sensitive as a positive. Using studies to support her beliefs, she explains how being sensitive can be a beneficial and positive trait instead. She explains about how medical professionals and school teachers are starting to become more aware about sensitivity, but there is still a lot more to learn and embrace. Sensitivity is a powerful ability to be able to feel more complex emotions to achieve more intuity and other abilities. Courtney explains why she wanted to write her book to help people with their own individual journey to understanding their sensibility and ownself. Courtney then goes on to explain in depth the four different types of sensitivity: intuition, empaths, visionaries, and expressives.
    Segment 2Coming back from break, our hosts share their MBTI personality test results and their initial reactions to their results. Courtney explains the types of sensitivities in more depth as she gives examples to help the audience understand what makes each type so unique from each other. The three talk about how their religious beliefs and personal trauma and fears relate to their type of sensitivity. Courtney uses research studies that help us understand the science behind how there are psychological changes that showed how people seemed to become more intuitive through trauma and intergenerational experiences in families.
