We are two best friends who met in college in Bangalore. But right after college we drifted apart as we moved to different parts of the world. Now, whenever we do catch up, we talk about everything under the sun and usually end up having pretty philosophical conversations.

So with the ongoing COVID-19 situation and with everybody in lock down, we thought it would be a great idea to put our conversations out there to let you know that if you ever feel lonely or need someone to keep you company, you've got two friends out here who've got your back.

Episode 22: What does 'being yourself' really mean?

Episode 22: What does 'being yourself' really mean?

We constantly hear people say 'Be yourself'. But what does Being yourself really mean? I think being yourself is closely tied to communication. What we say, how we say it and who we are saying it to.

In today's episode, I try and dig deep into this.

Episode 21: Is your News app harming you?

Episode 21: Is your News app harming you?

A News App is a great tool to keep you informed about the world. But in my perspective, if it's not handled correctly, it can do more harm than good in the long run. But it's important to ask ourselves a few questions.

Are we paying attention to the kind of news we are consuming without even realizing?

Are we paying attention to the way a news is presented to us?

Is all the news we are getting really important for us?

Hopefully, this episode helps you relook at the the kind of news you expose yourself to.

Episode 20: This is why you need a Devil's Advocate

Episode 20: This is why you need a Devil's Advocate

In this episode, I discuss one of the most common but dangerous 'psychological biases' that we fall prey to on a daily basis. Especially in the current times where social media dominates all our lives, this bias, if unchecked, could lead to us bringing a lot of trouble to ourselves or to someone else.

Episode 19: Learnings from Meditation - The flow of thought

Episode 19: Learnings from Meditation - The flow of thought

In my meditation journey of almost 5 years, the thing that I have struggled with the most is the flow of thought. I have frequently noticed that the biggest doubt most other people have regarding meditation is 'HOW TO NOT GET DISTRACTED BY THOUGHTS?'. But, this is where the problem lies. And I realized this in practice only recently. Just a small shift in how we look at this situation can totally change the way we understand thoughts and how we lead our life.

On this episode, I discuss what I have learnt.

Episode 17: Best cricket banter with friends: Part 1

Episode 17: Best cricket banter with friends: Part 1

On today's episode I discuss the love for cricket with two of my closest friends, Ganapathy and Suhas! And the reason I have invited them here today is because of their huge love for the game obviously but they are also one of the few people in my circles who have a very keen and passionate perspective on the game. And over the years we have had a lot of passionate discussions about the game and we are hoping to recreate some of that passion here today.

Some of the things we talk about are how our love for the game began, our funniest memories while playing cricket, our favourite memories of the Indian Cricket team, and we also debate on who we think is the greatest Indian batsman of all time! This episode has been divided into two parts and you are listening to part 1.

Don't forget to check out part 2 of this conversation.

    We hope you enjoy.
