Called to Change One Life at a Time!
Hey! Don't Cut My "Prunes"
Church! We conclude the outline of the Levitical process as displayed in Numbers 8 in this sermon entitled “Hey! Don’t cut my Prunes”. Elder Eric, Pastor Wade, and Pastor Matt walk us through the beautiful imagery of the end goal of every believer; to reach mature manhood by measuring up to Christ. This maturing process of a Christian’s life is not a private, exclusive, or isolated matter, rather, just like the selection of the Levites, is it very much a public pruning meant to bring about transformation and causing the bearing of much fruit in the Kingdom!
Willing With What You Have
Oh what it is to be made into a holy and righteous priesthood! Our father is blessing us with the revelation of how priests are made. We are learning to press into what will perfect us as priests with messages like "Don't fear the razor" and "A shave and two bulls". Our good father has equipped us for what is good for doing his will. We have a lot to give and that is exactly what he's asking of us, what we have. As we are hearing this call to press into the razor, we want to do it willingly. The refinement is for our perfection, therefore is to be engaged with joy. Our father is calling us to a joyful willingness as we engage in this priest-perfecting process! He's called us to be willing to give all that we have as freewill offerings. Listen to the encouraging word from Pastor Wade and brother Justin Linton.
A Shave and Two Bulls
“A Shave and Two Bulls” is more than a thought-provoking sermon title, it delivers a crushing truth that pairs along with it. Elder Eric and Pastor Matt continue in Numbers 8 with steps three and four in the seven-step process of how Priest of God are developed. We learned the importance of the Two Bull process and how it affects our lives in the Kingdom. When we have a willing heart to obey our King regardless of the circumstances, we find His favor and redemption in response to our voluntary joyful service!
Saints! Our confidence is rising as we can see our King working in our midst! Brothers Justin and Abimbola deliver a gripping and liberating word in this sermon entitled “Exposed”. They walk us through the necessary process by which we are to be made into the priesthood of God. This purification process demands that we uncover those areas of vulnerability as we face the razor. Allowing ourselves to be shaved so that our good Father may work in us what is pleasing to Him! Listen now and embrace the razor of refinement and you will become the priesthood of God!
Don't Fear the Razor
At LCM, we are walking in the victory that is ours in Christ Jesus! In this sermon entitled “Don’t Fear the Razor” by Elder Eric, Pastor Wade, and Pastor Matt, brought to life the biblical truth of the ever-increasing need of biblical discipleship and the process by which it is done. This process first illustrated in how the Lord set apart His people (Israel), teaches us that in order to be made spotless, priestly, and united with Him, we must not fear the razor. Instead, it is necessary to learn to embrace the razor process in ALL areas of our lives! For it is the very thing that will bring about the development needed inside of us to produce the divine nature of our King! Listen now!
Too Good Not to Move
We are basking in the revelation given to us by our good father and we are beginning to grasp the word of his promises in a special way. The certainty of God's promises to Israel is settling in on us and deepening our own faith as gentiles. Brothers Abimbola Daramola and Justin Linton encourage us with the truth of God's word to his chosen sons. As gentiles, we can see how the sons of Israel responded to God's word to them and we are partaking in the benefits of it today! It is astonishing that we could even participate with them in these promises. Because of this, we were encouraged to respond with the same active faith as his firstborn sons. God's faithfulness to Israel inspires us to trust him and respond with action. In fact, our father's too good for us not to move when his word speaks to us!
