A Tale of Two Cities is the newest Mad Men episode for the recappers to tackle, and so they have. Seeing Don, Harry and Roger take on the west coast with interesting results, watching Joan, Peggy and Pete figure out Avon calling, and watching that amazing Bob Benson. Enjoy this one folks.

The best
I know that Paul and Dr. Jon mysteriously vanished from recapping in Season 7, but I these guys are altogether the best and original Mad Men recappers. I have been binging these eps like crazy since completing the Man Men series at the end of Covid. I hope Paul and Dr. Jon are happy out there and have not died of thirst like Nivea Campbell’s late husband.
I’m doing this instead of writing a mean email about Paul, as requested.
Paul and Dr. Jon you ever wanted to reconvene for the last few episodes it’s never too late.
Here's how I got here:
I listen to Tom and Kelly's DA podcast. They did a shoutout a while back to "Jim and A.Ron". So I looked you guys up and found your Walking Dead podcast... Loved it! During TWD podcast I heard you mention your GoT podcast so I had to go check it out....and ALSO LOVED IT!! During one of your discussions about the Lannisters, you made reference to "Don Draper" and I didn't know who that was! So.... I googled Don Draper and found out that the first 5 seasons of "Mad Men" were available on Netflix, (with the rest available through iTunes!) I started power watching Mad Men based solely on the fact that I wanted to combine my television enjoyment with more Bald Move commentary...
...So that's three shows that I now watch together with Jim and A.Ron...and the third show I picked up just based on a passing reference that A.Ron made about Don Draper... Thanks Guys! You are insightful, dryly humorous, and my own viewing of the shows has been greatly enhanced. Oftentimes I pause a show to ponder something - and I find that I wonder what you two will have to say about it... Someday soon, I hope to be a more active participant and contribute some of my own opinions to you. (I've been a bit busy - what with power watching Mad Men; seven seasons in two weeks combined with listening to the corresponding podcasts!!!). I'm looking forward to more TV/podcasts, but I'm also pretty bummed that Mad Men will be over so quickly for me! Makes me wish I rationed a bit more... Anyways, I'll continue to be seeing you in Westeros after we vacate NYC and then I suppose it's back to Atlanta/Alexandria?

I have loved not knowing who the hosts are. I mean, I was pretty sure who Dr. John is. And the funny guy “in Brooklyn”… Who is he?
