Agree narration cheezy
I am a physician and found many of the topics interesting and a good review of basic pathophysiology. As regards the narration I have only one suggestion. Don't give up your day job.
Educational and funny
Well done. Suggestions: could you put more differential Dx when you do a case presentation? Keep the narrations. I love them!
peds fever
I find the podcasts informational but regrettably the impersonations (ie. peds fever) are ignorant and repulsive.
