Truly disturbing in its willingness to promote pseudoscience

I’ve done my best to give the show it’s due, but as of the most recent episode, in which a guest advocates for “Terror Management Theory,” a widely discredited pseudoscientific branch of Freudian Psychoanalysis that NO RESPONSIBLE PHYSICIAN WOULD EVEE PROMOTE, I am finished. A phychotherapist promoting half of these beliefs in any other developed nation than the US would be liable to be charged with malpractice. Unfortunately, the state of clinical psychology in America is woefully poor.

you cant unsend me sucked

“You Can’t Unsend” just ruined this entire podcast for me. The lack of critique, self-reflection and just all around poor interviewing was incredibly disappointing especially for such a hot and sensitive subject. They really started the episode off with “william was such a nice and pleasant baby too!” which made me lol.
