Meet My Spiritual Doctor Sarah Nardella

In the very last episode of the series, Josephine and Sarah answer your questions!  We talk about a Season 2 (possibly in Rwanda!), Josephine's upcoming book, and review how to tell if you are spiritually sick. Josephine breaks down the core “prescription” for spiritual health, and how the Holy Spirit can operate as the power of God in our lives.  Josephine closes out our series by speaking a blessing over us.

Sarah welcomes Loren and Yana, two friends and fellow “patients” of our Spiritual Doctor, Pastor Josephine.  Loren shares about Josephine’s spiritual insight that helped her prepare for the passing of her grandmother.  During the time of grief that followed, Loren shares the biggest thing she wish she would have known about God.  Yana once struggled with restlessness, depression and shame. She opens up about the dark place she felt trapped in and what it took for her to step out and find her joy.  In closing, Josephine speaks a blessing over all of us. In this episode, a slightly-embarrassed Sarah shares old conversations with God that carry surprising insights. Josephine talks about God as a comforter during our time of grief and the power of forgiveness a key to healing.

She then prays a blessing over us and shares a “spiritual download” for a woman who has suffered miscarriages and is now 4 months pregnant.

Sometimes, when your heart is broken, your body breaks too.  In this episode, we talk about the connection between the spiritual and the physical. Our Spiritual Doctor shares a “treatment plan” to help heal your body by healing your spirit. You’ll also the story of Vincent, who was suicidal after receiving 10 different reports diagnosing him as HIV positive.  After 3 months his HIV completely disappeared. Today Vincent is happily married in Rwanda with 2 kids, all completely healthy.

At the end, Josephine closes us out with a prayer of healing.
