Very educational for landlords with questions.
I have listened to every episode of this podcast. I have three rentals and have found this extremely helpful. I find myself re-listening to episodes when situations come up that fit the topic that has been discussed. I also received help from Jen and her community when a bad situation came up with a tenant recently. I definitely recommend this podcast any Landlords who would like more education and some different ways to get out of a sticky situation! I never would’ve thought to do what was recommended to me and it worked!
