How do we work through regrets?

How do we work through regrets?

Regret is a topic that’s showing up more and more in our conversations. Perhaps what we’ve lived through these past few years has reminded us not only of the shortness of life, but also that many (or most) of our pursuits haven’t even been aligned with what we want.
And with that comes the regret of our unlived lives.
In this episode, I divide the regret into 3 types, and offer a different way to work through each of them. Specific things I talk about:
Regrets about conscious decisions we made Regrets about things we avoided out of fear Regrets about the unstoppable passage of time You’ll find practical and actionable ways to reclaim not only the life you’ve lived, but also the life that lies ahead of you.
