    58. The Stress Episode

    58. The Stress Episode

Season 5 Finale is here (say what??) and we are ending this season with an entire episode dedicated to STRESS!

We promised our listeners when we did our Summer Series that we would be back with an episode dedicated to peeling back the layers on all things stress.  From resentment to irritability and judgment to mental nonsense chatter - there are no untouched topics.  Heck we even discuss mouthguards!!

In this episode we keep it real and vulnerable with our personal sharing of how we have handled stress in the past, how we are working on building our stress busting tools today, and share strategies that CAN and WILL help you better understand and tackle your own stress.
Throughout  this season we have conducted and facilitated a masterclass on myth busting when it comes to the notion that many women seem to have it all AND do it all (without even breaking a sweat or seeming stressed!!)   With mini pep talks delivered on repeat in each episode, together with our guests, we have done some serious ass whooping with tearing down the myths that women need to do it all – and all the freakin’ time.
This season finale ties up our theme of “How Does She Do It All?” with a big, bright, shiny bow and we can’t wait for you to take a listen!
So go and grab your favourite beverage (you all know what we love), claim your place of solitude, and prepare to connect and soar with the Wotherwill community in this season five finale of Pep Talks & Prosecco.
    Cheers,
    Lisa & Angie

Tamara Kerr ,

Their ‘Pep Talks’ are even better than Prosecco... and I LOVE bubbly!!!

I’ve tuned in to both seasons of Pep Talks & Prosecco and have had so much fun watching The Wotherwill community grow... the gals are super cute - with the best smiles and giggles - and they are so positive and real... they know how challenging life is these days for women who try to do it all. These are extremely intelligent, educated, motivated and determined women who are at the top of their games professionally but they show up every week with humility and as eager cheerleaders for other women in their circle. They have solid advice for living your best life and know how to spotlight and share the wisdom women can bring to one another. Their focus on good habits (like meal planning!!) has been so helpful. Tune in!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

activJo ,

Kudos to you cheerleaders of brave and authentic living!

You gals are so inspiring - combo of Brene Brown and Glennon Doyle. I will be tuning in to hear more of your Living Unapologetically podcasts!

Sheila vdB ,

Puts you through all the emotions!

Every episode has me laughing and crying. There is always something so relatable I’m nodding my head and always a fantastic lesson or piece of advice to take away.
