While most of her years were in residential, she is also experienced with Land Assembly and Strata Windups. She have a real passion for working with New Buyers to get into the market and Seasoned Sellers to downsize to their next phase of life. She takes her client's needs very seriously while making the experience as stress-free as possible but still making the most money on their sale or getting them the best price on their purchase. Her negotiation skills are by far the most out-of-the-box, proactive and have a soft enough disposition to make sure not to ruffle any feathers.

She currently live in New Westminster. Her team has divided themselves across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley have a phenomenal team of associates to get you the best mortgage rate possible and they  all follow the same philosophy of looking after their clients as number #1.
