A few words about the PNOĒ Podcast. Our mission is to bridge the gap between science and fitness, through PNOĒ, the world's first clinical-grade cardiometabolic analyzer for the mass market. We give everyday consumers access to biometric monitoring and guidance once only available to Olympians. Our clients range from wellness to weight-loss coaches, to world-renowned Triathletes, leading academic institutions, and health care systems.

We launched this Podcast to address this gap. Here we bring cutting-edge insights from athletes, coaches, scientists, and industry leaders. We share their knowledge and experience on how science-based decisions, lead to success.

We discuss Shawn’s training methodology, his mentors and development, application of Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) theory to training, sport-specific training in a variety of sports, and his use of technology to guide his training recommendations including power metrics to improve performance.
