Postpartum Depression with Lillian Rishty Mom Like That

This week on the podcast we sit down with Therapist Lillian Rishty and talk about postpartum depression. The episode is focused on our own personal journeys with PPD and how it impacted us. Lillian talks about what her experience was like after having her triplets and how she got help. Lillian also shares tips and information for those who may have suffered through it and how they can get help. 
Lillian is a psychotherapist and the owner of NYC Therapy Group, practicing in New York and New Jersey. She is trained in CBT, DBT and works with clients to identify patterns so they can develop a clearer understanding of life experiences and create productive behavior change.  Lillian primarily works with women in their 20s and 30s on anxiety disorders and life changes, including the adjustment to motherhood.
