Reducing Toxins and Improving Your Health Your Live Well Journey - The Podcast

    • Mental Health

We’re surrounded by toxins, they’re everywhere! Knowing where and how to begin reducing your toxic load can be challenging, confusing, and overwhelming. But not with Emma Rohmann. She’s an expert at breaking down this very big topic and sharing her expertise in easy-to-understand terms.
In this must listen to episode Emma, of Green at Home, shares her wealth of knowledge and experience on reducing toxic load and improving health. We talk about why your goal shouldn’t be living toxin-free, hormone disrupters, greenwashing (Yes, it is a real thing!), what to look for on labels, how sleep contributes to reducing toxic load, and so much more!
Emma is an environmental engineer, mom of 2, and founder of Green at Home. With over a decade of experience as an accredited green building consultant and project manager, she now helps moms and moms-to-be reduce toxins at home without overwhelm, a lifestyle overhaul, or spending time and money on stuff that doesn't work.
Her online Guides, Courses, and Programs blend the science with the practical application needed to help drive healthy changes in our busy lives. Emma trained as a David Suzuki Foundation Queen of Green Coach, is a regular guest lecturer at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine on environmental health and fertility and holds a certificate in Environmental Health from the University of Arizona. She is also the host of The Missing Pillar of Health Podcast, and her blog and resources can be found at greenathome.ca.
