Jay Town: Better for Trump That Judge Refuses Dismissal

Dom welcomes Jay Town, former U.S. Attorney, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear his analysis of the ongoing Stormy Daniels testimony in the Trump hush money trial. Dom and Jay reveal that Daniels has revealed many salacious details about her affairs with Trump and that, due to this, his attorneys have called for a mistrial. Town, surprisingly, explains why he's in favor of not granting the mistrial, noting the positive effect this will have on Trump's candidacy and role as a martyr in the upcoming presidential election. Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by offering updates on the continued pro-Palestine protests on college campuses, telling that the encampment at Penn still remains strong. Then, after playing Dom’s Money Melody, Dom returns to politics, explaining new questions arising surrounding mail-in drop boxes, and what that means for election integrity in the upcoming election.

Then, Dom welcomes Dave McCormick, candidate for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his visit last week to UPenn’s anti-Israel encampment. McCormick explains the scene there, noting the aggression that students have faced when trying to pass through the encampment, including one student who was asked whether he had a good dental plan in a veiled threat. McCormick points out the absence of sitting Senator and opponent Bob Casey, pointing to statements made by progressive John Fetterman, noting the lack of leadership in the Senator’s silence. Then, Dom asks McCormick about Casey’s stance on electric vehicles, with McCormick pointing to the haste in re-working our energy system in the country and the importance of being energy independent.
