While giving updates, Dom takes calls from listeners on both sides of the aisle, and explains why this testimony proves the entire thing to be a ‘clown show.’ Then, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by telling more updates in the other trials concerning Trump, and previews the upcoming Donald Trump rally in Wildwood. Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the ongoing Trump trial, with Stormy Daniels testifying about alleged hush money payments. Dom plays back audio from Donald Trump speaking out about the gag rulings, where the former President says he’s ready to go to jail over the unconstitutionality of the order. Then, Dom continues the show by playing back a TikToker who tried arguing that student loan forgiveness would not affect taxpayers, which launches a passionate debate between Dom and his producer as to how conservatives should frame the issue.

Dom takes us inside the encampment, telling what protesters are calling for, undressing the ridiculous nature of these elitist students. Then, after playing Dom’s Money Melody, Dom returns to politics, explaining new questions arising surrounding mail-in drop boxes, and what that means for election integrity in the upcoming election.

Then, Dom welcomes Dave McCormick, candidate for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his visit last week to UPenn’s anti-Israel encampment. McCormick explains the scene there, noting the aggression that students have faced when trying to pass through the encampment, including one student who was asked whether he had a good dental plan in a veiled threat. McCormick points out the absence of sitting Senator and opponent Bob Casey, pointing to statements made by progressive John Fetterman, noting the lack of leadership in the Senator’s silence. Then, Dom asks McCormick about Casey’s stance on electric vehicles, with McCormick pointing to the haste in re-working our energy system in the country and the importance of being energy independent.
