Boomer ran into Andrew Marchand of The Athletic yesterday and they talked about which athlete has had the most success as a broadcaster after their playing career. Boomer thought of Cris Collinsworth, Phil Simms, and Pat Summerall. Marchand thought of Charles Barkley and he had Boomer on his list. Other names that came up were Frank Gifford, Troy Aikman, Terry Bradshaw. Gio said Tim McCarver.
