Good resource on Canadian law & democracy

The Law Society of BC recently launched the Rule of Law Matters podcast to raise awareness and promote dialogue on what the rule of law means and why it matters. The rule of law is a fundamental principle underlying democracy to provide impartial control of the use of power by the state and to guard against arbitrary governance. A timely reminder in our increasingly polarized political climate.
