Melva Holt began her career in Engineer and Supply Chain Operations before becoming an HR leader. After progressing through many positions of increasing responsibility through General Mills and Kaman Corporation over the course of 18 years, she left Corporate America as the Head of HR for Kaman Distribution Group to start PAISE Leadership. Melva holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and certifications in the Hogan suite of Assessments and Rejuvi Assessment.
