Seriously good exploration of Inviting a conniving person into your life
Your reporting is brilliant, I love this podcast. I think the most important takeaway that nobody is acknowledging is that Alita INVITED a pretty 17 year old girl into her home… and allowed her to get close to her husband and child. Then this girl got between them and ruined her life. Be careful about who you invite into your home! Seriously!

I lost my sister to cancer at age 30 and she too had young kids so I know the very real life experience of this. I remember vaguely hearing about this particular story in the news and thought wow that’s terrible but this podcast brings another dimension to it. Thank you to people like Nancy and Charlie for being tenacious and following your intuition.
