I love this podcast, but wish they would make more. They are amazing, but it would be so nice to have more, especially since they haven’t added a new one since 2015.

Love this podcast

So easy going and fun, yet the facts and insights are so curious. I have yet to listen to an episode I didn’t enjoy! Keep it up!

Fluff

Peppy music to be sure, solid well articulated and thoroughly researched... not so much. You can find any study to back up your claim, and that’s what this podcast feels like. The episode I just listened to literally said that there are no studies to back up the claim of children getting hyper after eating refined sugar. What?! Maybe they should just go hang out with a 3 year old before and after a bowl of sugary cereal. It’s a pass for me🤷‍♀️
