Sustainable weight loss and maintenance tips

Paul has a great podcast and shares a ton of tips to help with weight loss and weight maintenance. Too many coaches/diet plans focus only on weight loss and not maintenance. Because of this, most people end up gaining the weight back. This show is definitely worth a listen!

Absolutely love this podcast! I listened to a lot of experts and Paul is by far the most supportive and relatable while being extremely thorough in his health and weight management tips!
