Essential Listening

These three hilarious girls really know what they are talking about. I have acquired some great sleep habits and tools from listening to them and my health and emotional state have vastly improved. I now take my sleep much more seriously and can say I no longer have issues falling asleep due to daily stress or time zone changes. And if I did, I would know exactly what to do. Than you!

Excellent, honest and informative podcast!

If you’re looking for some honest and occasionally funny sleep advice this is an excellent podcast. Discussions are informative and very relevant to everyday life. Speakers are happy to discuss a wide range of relevant topics ranging from effects of sleep on your body and its systems to things that can effect your sleep like shift work and alcohol/drugs.

Highly recommend this podcast and am confident anyone will pick at minimum a hand full of tips from every episode.

Please share with your friends. Sleep is so important for our health and often gets overlooked.

Sleep PodStars!

I was hooked within minutes and listened to all the episodes in a very pleasant and informative binge-fest! Love the relaxed format, the hosts rapport, the obvious breadth of knowledge, the personal experiences shared with the audience (and the revelation that sometimes they are indeed human and do what they know are the not-to-dos for sleep health...I guess that's why they know the not-to dos will drag you down), and the feeling that these pros have much to offer. Looking forward to future episodes!
