It's never too late to HEAL or to PIVOT.

I am joined by author, nurse, and Holistic Health Coach, Sarah Dawkins in this candid conversation about how, at age 48, she spiralled into a dark depression with suicidal thoughts, developed an under active thyroid, and burned out adrenal glands - not to mention eczema psoriasis, candida, chronic pain. As she learned how to heal herself, she realized she had to go through what she went through so she could understand how to heal her past and change her future life path.

This is a common theme around what gets women into the physical purgatory they are experiencing mid way through life.

Her book, Heal Yourself is available on Amazon and her Heal Yourself at Home course is available through her website www.sarahdawkins.com.

Is FULFILLMENT a journey or a destination?

Is FULFILLMENT a journey or a destination?

Many people perceive fulfillment as a continuous process or journey rather than a final destination. This perspective suggests that fulfillment comes from personal growth, self-discovery, and the pursuit of meaningful experiences and goals throughout life. In this sense, individuals constantly evolve and strive to find satisfaction and contentment in various aspects of their lives, such as relationships, career, personal development, and contributions to society.

On the other hand, some people perceive fulfillment as an endpoint or destination—a state of complete satisfaction or happiness that one eventually reaches after achieving certain goals or milestones. According to this perspective, fulfillment is attained when specific criteria or objectives are met, such as finding a dream job, establishing a successful career, building a loving family, or achieving personal aspirations. Once these goals are accomplished, individuals may feel a sense of fulfillment and contentment, viewing it as a destination they have reached.

Ultimately, whether fulfillment is seen as a journey or a destination depends on individual beliefs, values, and experiences. Some may find fulfillment in the ongoing pursuit of personal growth and fulfillment, while others may perceive it as a state of achievement or attainment. Both perspectives have their merits and can coexist, as fulfillment is a deeply personal and subjective experience that varies from person to person.

TRUST - an inside or an outside job?

TRUST - an inside or an outside job?

    Hiding in the Spiritual Closet

    Hiding in the Spiritual Closet

Wherever you are on your spiritual journey you have likely encountered judgement and fear, or you will experience judgement and fear, from those that you believe are closest to you. Why is this? What can you do about it?

Being human is a journey and so is the spiritual path and EVERYONE is on it to some degree because we are all human! When we embark on the path that veers off the main highway it might mean leaving people behind who are afraid of what's on the path or it might mean you have to let them ride shot gun or it might mean they will get to where they are going at a different time and place. And it's all perfect.

We are not here to judge how people choose to navigate this journey BUT the way WE navigate it might just change how others respond. As we change and shift our vibrational frequency, very often there is a ripple effect and we see others changing vicariously through us! What a powerful way to embrace the trip.

In this episode, 6 members of my spiritual badass team come together to share their experiences, wisdom, and insights into how you can slowly and confidently come out of your spiritual closet.

As you listen, please remember to share, follow, and like so others on their journey may find the tribe they are looking for.
