Have you been hearing the term 'shadow work' tossed around a lot? Today, I dive into this with personal examples so that you can get a real idea. This raw, unfiltered account from my life is hopefully going to illustrate this concept for you.

First, I start off by describing the shadow and what it is.

Then, I spend some time talking about how we become aware of our shadows. Basically what triggers us.

At the end, I very briefly touch on healing the shadow. But this really just a small primer and will be expanded on in further episodes. Ideally, I want to spend a whole episode talking about healing the shadow.
