Great Podcast, Too Many Ads
I have listened to SYMIHC for years and it is a favourite of mine for long drives. I wish there were fewer ads and they weren't so long. Some of them are over 2 minutes. Other than that, this is a very informative and entertaining listen with a huge archive of episodes.
They have an annoying ad
Their ad Is always playing on other podcasts at first it wasn’t to bad but after hearing the annoying ad opening more than three times in one podcast it gets very old very fast
A very informative podcast
Decided to listen to my first episode of this podcast, the one about Guy Fawkes and the gunpowder plot, on November 5th. Having grown up in England, I enjoyed finding more out about the story than I previously knew. A couple of corrections though - Fawkes is pronounced the same as Forks. And a penny for the guy is not selling them. I went around as a child door to door, asking for money as a donation for the life size Guy we had made. Great podcast though!
