Team Warkentin, a real estate team based out of northern Alberta, is made up of Jeff Warkentin, Sam McColman, and Morgan Wardrobe. Jeff is a veteran realtor, with over 18 years of experience in the business and a background in development and building. Sam is a few years into the business and loves sharing his knowledge and predictions of the real estate market as well as trying to be the funny guy on the podcast. Morgan is the latest addition to the team, bringing organization, experience, and slightly less tomfoolery than the boys. Together Team Warkentin podcasts to bring knowledge, clarity, and understanding to their clients/listeners. Everything I didn’t know I needed in a podcast
I found God when I listened to this podcast. Then I lost him again. Chris and Sam are just two amigos chatting it up and keeping it real. I tell my wife and kids to shut the h*ck up as soon as a new episode drops and they go shudder and cry a room over while I gather their pearls like I am a swine.
I hope this podcast blows up and someday they ad a merch store. Right now you can only buy houses off them.
