But please let us hear the guests’ voice before 30 seconds elapses.
Please Bob, make a rule to let your guest at least say HELLO to your listeners before you speak for 10 minutes.

Been a steady listener for going on six years. Used to be a must-listen every week.

However, the host speaks too much. He doesn't seem to want to hear what his guests have to say.
