The most in depth podcast of any country so far

I never knew how important Bulgarian History was to world history. But Eric Halsey has shed so much light on an area I knew very little about. The quality is extraordinary and the content doesn’t just cover Bulgaria but their role on their neighbours and how they managed to stick around through empire and plague defeat and conquest. My appreciation of Bulgaria has gone up so much.

Thank you Eric Halsey.

I Had No Idea Of The Role of Bulgarians in History

They fought Greeks, Byzantines, Muslims, Turks, Serbs. They built empires, brought others down - I really did not realize the role of Bulgars in history. Give it a shot, if you like history (and well-produced podcasts) this is for you.
