    060. Know, Like, and Trust on Social Media

    060. Know, Like, and Trust on Social Media

There are a lot of businesses, coaches, and services available on Instagram.
    ----more----
However, only some of them thrive on social media. Do you know why?
    ----more----
Because they don’t open up and share their stories to their audience that can build relationships with them, that will enable their audience to know, trust, and like them, and eventually, do business with them.
    ----more----
That is the reason why I show up authentically on social media, share my stories, and become vulnerable to my audience.
    ----more----
I share my story using the Epiphany Bridge Method (this is a real thing, you can Google it!), which I also teach in my Speaking Up Program.
    ----more----
In this episode, I take you through the different parts of a story that are really helpful when you’re trying to build a story where you want to talk about transformation and bring your audience on the journey with you. Here’s an overview:
    ----more----
    Your back story
    Your desires
    Your external and internal struggles
    The wall
    The epiphany
    ----more----
If you want an in depth discussion about the Epiphany Bridge method and know more about how this method can help you tell your story, you can DM me on Instagram and ask me about the SPEAKING UP PROGRAM.
    ----more----
I’ll only offer it at a special price until the end of December 2022 so don’t miss your chance!

    059. VanCity Labyrinth with Vanessa Lesperance

    059. VanCity Labyrinth with Vanessa Lesperance

Do you know what a labyrinth is?
    ----more----
If you think like I do, you might think it’s a type of maze. However, I learned that a labyrinth is entirely different because a maze is meant to get you lost, while a labyrinth is more like a path to help you get found.
    ----more----
For this episode, I am joined by Vanessa Lesperance, whom I have been acquainted with for a very long time already, but we only got the chance to really connect at a women’s retreat held by the Indigenous Women’s Business Network that I joined a few weeks ago.
    ----more----
Vanessa facilitated an exercise using a labyrinth; honestly, I didn’t get the point of the exercise at first, and I was a bit skeptical about it, But I always say try everything so I stick to my word.
    ----more----
As I engaged in the exercise, I trusted the process, and you know what? The craziest thing happened, and it was magical.
    ----more----
Tune in to this episode to learn all about VanCity Labyrinth and how my experience with it made a huge impact in my life and my healing, and how it can impact yours too!

    058. Abundance Mindset

    058. Abundance Mindset

If you don’t know yet, I went on a trip last week. I wasn’t happy being away, but I was more than happy to speak at this conference. I was invited to a women’s retreat by the Indigenous Women’s Business Network, which was an honor too! My expenses were paid, except for my last day due to a canceled flight.
    ----more----
When I got home, I just felt so abundant, even though I didn’t earn extra income from those events. That's when I realized that abundance isn’t just about money.
    ----more----
    Abundance is an energy.
    ----more----
In this episode, I will talk to you about the abundance mindset, different ways of looking at things, some fears and challenges, and I also answered a few questions I got from an Instagram story regarding abundance.
    ----more----
By the way, I love the engagement I’m getting from Instagram! I love hearing from you, so please don't hesitate to DM me!
    ----more----
Tune in, set the tone, and create for what you hope for this day!

And honestly, the list could go on! She is such a fantastic woman, and I love her!

In this episode, Sheila shared how listening to intuition and following the next step of what feels good has brought her to where she is now and how it has led her to the most amazing people she knows.

    055. Boundaries with Natalie Reimer-Anderson

This is one of the things I picked up from my very insightful conversation with Natalie.
