    Countdown #473

In this follow up to Episode 471, the lads get to their best ever travel experiences.

Of course, in this ying to the other episode's yang, there is plenty of inappropriate humour, and way too many references to Wayne spanking the monkey. But if you're in the mood for some laughs amid ideas on where you should travel to in the world and what you should do once you're there, look no further ...

Because where else can you come to for recommendations about Disneyland AND catch a story about Kenny Loggins' naked wedding?

    Boy Kills World review

    Boy Kills World review

Despite a more apt title for this one being Boy Fails Studio, the boys went along to see this latest action spectacle, which promised to douse all and sundry with plenty of blood. But is it better than the box office return would have you believe?

There's plenty of ways to find out, but only one of those involves a single button press if you're reading this ... as The Countdown continues ...

Top 10 Food in Film Scenes (with Chef Ben Randall)

Top 10 Food in Film Scenes (with Chef Ben Randall)

    Countdown #472

Long time Patreon supporter and bona fide Chef, Ben Randall, joins The Countdown this week to lend some class and legitimacy to a topic he came up with - the Top 10 Food on Film Scenes.

Now, full disclosure, Ben forgot he suggested Top 10 Food in Film OR TV Scenes, but so did Wayne, so Paul is left high and dry with one television scene, while the other two are chowing down on films exclusively.

How many of the choices will feature gross out moments with food? Does anyone get to third base with a pie? And just how does the mind of a Chef work?

Learn the answers to all these questions and oh so much more, as The Countdown continues ...
Please thanks Chef Ben by checking out his food and Chef related podcast, In The Weeds.

    The Fall Guy review

    The Fall Guy review

It's Ry-Ry! It's Emily! It's a film based on a TV show from the early 80s! And it's Wayne's most anticipated film of the year! What could possibly go wrong?

Well, for one, the boys incorrectly suggest Heather Locklear starred in that show when it was Heather Thomas, and for two, Wayne has apparently forgotten how to critically review something when he has (odd) affection for it.

Find out how THAT goes, as The Countdown continues ...

    Our Worst 5 Travel Experiences

    Our Worst 5 Travel Experiences

    Countdown #471

Okay, so this one starts out as one thing ... and ends up as half of it.

With thanks to listener Andrew for the idea, the boys attempt to countdown their five and worst travel experiences. But by the 45 min mark of the worst stories, it becomes wildly apparent the episode is going to be well over two hours. So because no-one has time to listen to these two fools prattle on for that long inside one week (and also because Paul doesn't have time to edit that down from the 2.5 hour raw recording), the episode is halved and the guys talk just their five WORST travel experiences.

Let the highly questionable subject matter begin, as The Countdown continues ...

Abigail and Rebel Moon 2 reviews

Abigail and Rebel Moon 2 reviews

This week, two reviews for you because Wayne is too much of a wuss to see Abigail - the new horror film from Radio Silence - while Paul doesn't have enough time to sit through all the slow-mo in Zach Snyder's Rebel Moon (Hypen) Part Two (Colon) The Scargiver. Neither review has anything beyond the lightest of spoilers, but be aware things are mentioned that are plainly exposed in the trailer for Abigail.

Beyond that, find out which film is worth your time and which one is not, as The Countdown continues ...

    Time Stamps:
    Abigail VERY LIGHT-SPOILER Review: 0:00 - 10:23
    Rebel Moon Part 2 SPOILER-FREE Review: 10:23 - 23:12

Dan is not the Problem ,

NSFW because you’ll be laughing so hard

For film lovers who can appreciate Oscar-worthy classics, schlock horror, raunchy comedy, and everything in between. Paul and Wayne are energetic, charismatic, and what they lack in refinement, they make up for with enthusiasm.
The language is colourful and not for the faint of heart, but if you can overlook how many words can be used for genitals, you’ll be entertained for every single episode.
No review is complete without mentioning the soundboard, and virtual Wayne disagreeing with actual Wayne is comedy gold.

Pure fun!

I eagerly await everything that Paul and Wayne record. I’d listen just to hear Wayne’s laugh! Good job and keep it up!

Balls of Gold

The first episode I listened to was the Top 10 Black and White movies, and since then I've been hooked. Slowly making my way through all the episodes, listening to them on my way to work, while cooking, and even while doing nothing else. Paul and Wayne are that good. Sending you two all the best from Jasper National Park, Canada. Keep up the good work! And by that, Wayne, I mean keep talking about balls. And Paul, keep using the soundboard to give life to digital Wayne.

PS: I really enjoyed mother! I guess it's a guilty pleasure
