FindBiometrics and Mobile ID World just returned from the latest Biometric Technology Rally, hosted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security(DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T). That’s where our own Doug OGorden caught up with Arun Vemury, Senior Advisor for the Biometric and Identity Technology Center at DHS.

In this special podcast episode, Vemury discusses the goals of DHS S&T’s biometrics rallies, and the importance of understanding the reality of these technologies versus the popular fiction that we see on TV and in film.
