31: Social media addiction & enjoying your youth (last episode)
I've become addicted to mindless scrolling on social media, and I'm feeling particularly nostalgic this week.
-
30: Stop seeking for the life you want and start creating it instead
I've spent so much time trying to "find" things in life. Finding a passion. Finding hobbies. Finding friends. Finding home. Finding a personal style. The list goes on. I don't believe any of these things are to be found. I believe they are to be created. By being curious, persistent, open-minded... More creating, less trying to find, that's something I wish I'd understood sooner.
-
29: Minimalism and Self-Expression
It's easy to go from one extreme to another. In today's episode, I talk about how I went from being a shopaholic in my teens, to being a stingy minimalist who completely stopped caring about herself physically, to... who I am today.
-
28: Solo travel: The Good, The Bad And The Ugly
I recently travelled alone to Paris. What's the point of going away completely alone to a foreign country? Is it safe as a female? What is important to keep in mind? In today's episode, we discuss all things solo-travel.
-
27: Are humans too complicated for labels?
Labels are everywhere. We want to belong to certain communities and groups. We want to belong, period. We also want to feel understood, both by others and by ourselves. But what are some downsides of seeking out labels?
-
26: Unpopular opinions
I asked you all to share some of your unpopular opinions on Instagram. I react to statements such as "soulmates don't exist" and "not all women want children".
Customer Reviews
Such an amazing speaker!
I swear I have been addicted to all your podcast episodes and I look forward to a new one every release! You are so well spoken and your voice is so soothing🤍
The only review I ever wrote
The only podcast I listen to and the only review I ever wrote. I am in my mid 20s, long distance truck driver. I drive about 13 hours a day, or a bit over 1000 km’s a day in average. When I first came across Lana podcast I listened to all episodes in one sitting. I am doing this job to finance my studies in aviation. I have a rough time because I am a very social person even tho I am an introvert. Being in my truck alone away from everyone I know hits my moral very hard at times (I sold my appartement, I live in the truck now). This podcast, always makes my day a little bit better. Any time a new episode comes out, I know at least 20~ mins of my day driving will pass by very quickly and I am grateful to Lana for it. Someday I will listen to it in the sky. Keep up the good work Lana A thousand thanks X
Relatable and authentic
Her voice, STUNNING and calming. Lana is so easy to listen to. I’ve been a fan of hers for a long time because of her YouTube channel. She’s real, genuine and authentic. Her episodes have been very relatable and I feel like her and I should be friends. Love that you branched out with the podcast! Can’t wait for future episodes 💖
