Chloé Caldwell, author of WOMEN, in conversation with Grace Caternolo
Like many readers, I look for books that make me feel something. WOMEN by Chloé Caldwell is all feeling. In WOMEN, an unnamed narrator grapples with the heartbreak from her first queer relationship with fervor and vulnerability. It captured my attention with its visceral and punchy prose and held it with its intimate intricacies of queer love and fall out. This small but mighty novella lingered long after I finished it. Caldwell writes without inhibition and that is a gift to all of her readers. My hope is that WOMEN ends up in libraries, that it passes through hands of those who need it.
—Grace Caternolo, Library Marketing Assistant at HarperCollins
The reissue of WOMEN goes on sale June 4th, 2024.

Debut novelist Bill Gaythwaite, author of UNDERBURN, in conversation with Virginia Stanley
Check out this very special conversation HarperCollins Library Marketing Directer Virginia Stanley had with debut novelist Bill Gaythwaite. They discuss Bill's recently published book UNDERBURN.
Praise for UNDERBURN:
“A wonderfully engaging tale of both family and the underside of fame, Bill Gaythwaite’s debut novel Underburn mirrors the deceptive richness of the very generational ties it so charmingly explores: the long memories, conflicts big and small, surprisingly pivotal moments, and rediscovered bonds. One rarely encounters characters drawn with such candor, warmth, and humanity: you will gladly cheer and care for everyone as they seek to make peace with the past, while risking it all for a brand-new future.”
—Natalie Jenner, author of the international bestseller The Jane Austen Society
"A quirky family story told with wit and wisdom, with shades of Anne Tyler or Elizabeth Strout...a fine debut."
—Kirkus Reviews
