Things Get Good in the Third Half
Wow, I just discovered this show, and already I’ve saved several episodes that I know I will have to return to listen to a second and third time. One of the best podcasts I’ve listened to, The Lord of Spirits is funny, deep, challenging, and will leave you wanting more even after three hours. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about the Orthodox faith, biblical history, and dive into complex theological concepts (with the odd Star Trek reference thrown in for good measure!)
Deep, fun, and well explained
I’m a former atheist, current protestant, and i learned about this bc of Landshark. Love it. Deeper than what I’m used to. Meaty. Listen to all 3 halfs.
Incredibly helpful for Protestants with Questions
As a Protestant, I love this podcast. These guys are the real deal, addressing things deeply and meaningfully. Getting out of our materialist assumptions and into deeper mysteries and traditions of the church is powerful. If you've had questions where propositional approaches to the Bible and faith leave you, then listen up. You will long for something deeper as you listen, and for a return to traditions if you aren't used to them in your church experience. Thanks to these Fathers for their service to those with a spiritual hunter for a deeper understanding of the Word!
