Very relevant for me
This is my first podcast series I have listened too. I know Michelle from a fitness connection. So I listened at first as a favour. But as I continued to listen to each episode, the more I wanted to creat the time for them. I find the topics relevant, they connect with me at this stage of life & motherhood. I especially loved episode 4, Body Love. An amazing discussion about so many body image concerns & thought provoking on how to change the thinking & dialogue in very simple ways.
