Happy to have found - 38 weeks

I'm currently 38+ weeks pregnant and I probably found this podcast 3ish weeks ago? (The time is flying). I've been listening to the episodes with the titles most appealing to me - old or new - and I feel I am gaining new and helpful insight into the postpartum.

Great podcast!

My baby is 8 days old and I have spent the last 3-4 days listening to this podcast while breastfeeding (bonus - the short length of each episode is perfect to last a breastfeeding session!). I would definitely recommend to all new moms - at any stage. The content is super relevant and I love how Kallista keeps the mood light while still focusing on the material. I have learned a lot and plan to keep listening during my 3am feeding sessions :)
