Love it

I listen to pretty much every episode, and appreciate how Rory and Alastair can have different viewpoints but still discuss and disagree with class. Two smart people talking about current events. Love it!

Message to Rory Stewart

I truly enjoy your podcast with Mr Campbell and the banter between the two of you. I always learn something worthwhile about UK politics and the world in general. I have been a fan of yours for many years and admire your escapades throughout the world and your informed, common sense thinking on complicated matters. Not to mention your opposition to the Donald Trump of the UK, Boris Johnson. I also listen to the Sam Harris podcast and I actually subscribed to his podcast because of your recent interview with him. Having said that I was quite surprised to hear your version of the conversation with Sam Harris during a recent conversation with the leader of the SNP. I listened to that entire interview twice so far and I may listen to it again. I appreciated your position regarding nationalism being a huge problem but I think you should re-listen to that interview yourself. It is somewhat concerning that you felt the way you apparently did about that interview. I thought Mr Harris was quite evenhanded and respectful of you and your position. Your tone during your own podcast wasn’t very respectful of Mr Harris and in my opinion was very inaccurate. It troubles me that someone of your character and accomplishments would find it necessary to verbalize such inaccuracies. I understand that you are going to speak with Harris again on his podcast and I look forward to hearing what you have to say for yourself. Even someone as accomplished as you can suffer from an inability to listen or even comprehend things sometimes. Confirmation bias is a dangerous thing.

Excellent podcast

I am a regular listener from Canada. My quibble is that Rory can’t seem to make through an episode without mentioning at least twice that he’s teaching at Yale. It’s beginning to grate. We get it Rory, you’re exceptional. A bit more chill on his part would get my review up to 5 stars!
