When I don’t learn something right away, you can count on frustration and lack of patience showing up quickly. In this episode I share some reasons why it takes longer than we would hope to build a new way of doing and how we can override our bodies protection mechanism to learn more quickly and install neural pathways that last. You’ll also find some techniques that you can use to keep your nervous system feeling safe so that your brain can learn and create these new pathways with greater ease.
