Evidence Paradox is Keeping You From the Life You Want

One thing that women get wrong about creating the life that they want is that they use evidence from their past and current lives as reasons why getting what they want is impossible. On this week’s podcast episode, rightly titled, evidence paradox, you will learn why this is normal behaviour, how it keeps you from the life you want to create, and how to change it. Let's dive in!

It sounds very innocent, but it doesn’t serve you to think this way. And today, you will learn why and what to do instead, so that you can fully embrace your own journey as you work toward achieving your goals. Let’s go!

Knowing Better Doesn’t Shift You into Doing Better

Knowing Better Doesn’t Shift You into Doing Better

You’ve likely heard the quote that when you know better, you do better. And while some of that is true, I beg to differ. Knowing better doesn’t shift you into doing better.  There are many steps between knowing and doing that nobody really talks about. If you’re wondering why you haven’t been able to do better despite everything you know, this episode will help you know why, and offer a simple solution that will help you be on your way to finally do better.

The Thriving Mum ,

A MUST LISTEN

This podcast is what I wish every mom could have in their back pockets for life. It holds space for women to normalize their experiences, while finding solutions and support for their challenges. I feel encouraged and revived every time I get a dose of the episodes. Great job, Unyime!

Absolutely phenomenal! You won’t be disappointed!

As a young woman who’s had a poor relationship with food for a while, this podcast is a breath of fresh air. The topics are tackled in a sensitive way that brings healing and presents practical strategies to overcome negative thought patterns. Unyime’s voice is so calming and reassuring and the variety of topics and guests always keeps me interested!
You don’t have to be a mom to enjoy this podcast. You don’t have to be outrightly struggling with your relationship with food to enjoy this podcast. If you want to embrace your journey towards continued growth and improvement as an individual, then this podcast is for you!

Throughly enjoy the examples and depth shared that challenge the seemingly normal ways we think about food ! It’s a must listen and episodes are usually under 20min so you can listen on your breaks at work hehehehe
