The Thriving Mum ,

Bio

Great podcast! Very detailed and I enjoy listening to the various topics even though I'm not currently a mum. I love that the episodes aren't too long so I can easily listen on a short coffee break and learn a thing or two.

Fantastic podcast

Throughly enjoy the examples and depth shared that challenge the seemingly normal ways we think about food ! It’s a must listen and episodes are usually under 20min so you can listen on your breaks at work hehehehe

Such a refreshing take on motherhood

Thank you for this podcast!!! Absolutely love the idea of rejecting balance and leaning into how we want our motherhood journey to look without all those societal pressures. It certainly does make way for more fun and genuine connection with our family and beyond.
