    In this episode, I share a MAJOR life update. For the past several months, I've been experiencing an energy crisis. I've had a strong decline in energy that has been hugely affecting my daily life. I went from being someone who worked out most days and lived a super active life to being someone whose body was forcing them to nap most days just to survive until the evening. The solution to my energy problem shocked me, but I'm hoping sharing this experience will help other women facing similar energy issues.
