True Stories of the Old West C.R. King

Just under 19 minutes this podcast is about a young woman who ran with the Wild Bunch. She became a living legend but was she? You will lean about her life, the stories and the truth of The Rose of Cimarron. At the end is a song about her.

In 37 minutes you will hear about Wyatt Earp as a frontier lawman and a con artist. he was a professional gambler, a bounty hunter, and must more.  

Rose is legend in her time, she ran with the Wild Bunch one of the most feared gang in the late 1800s. The tale bit about her and how she became involved. The story is followed by one of the songs written about her.  

Texas Jack was the first famous Cowboy Star. He and Buffalo Bill Cody put together the Wild West Show. There is more to Texas Jack. This 7 minutes will cover some of those “adventures” Starting with being a spy during the Civil War.

The Story is short, twelve minutes but it highlights his trip from St. Joe to Carson City Nevada in 1861. There is far more to this story and I will be happy to send you the full story with all the detail for a fee of five dollars. 

Fort Gibson was a fort in what would become known as Indian Territory and later as The Twin Territories. The Trail of Tears ended here. The history is rich and incredible. This eight minute podcast gives the viewer a taste of its importance.
