Nigel left Toyota at the end of 2019. He was the first Professional Scrum Trainer globally in Toyota, and the first trainer to have ever been certified by both the creators of Scrum, training over 7500 people worldwide.  

    John Turner is an assistant professor at the University of North Texas in the College of Information. His background is in engineering where he was employed for 15 years before returning to higher education in pursuit of his PhD. His research interests are in the areas of team science, leadership, complexity, creativity & innovation, and theory development.
