Noted artist, author and healer, Ernesto Ortiz has devoted his life to exploring and communicating the language of the heart, primal movement and deep inner spaces. Over the past 25 years, Ernesto has taken thousands of people on a journey from physical and emotional inertia to the freedom of ecstasy, from the chaos of the chattering ego-mind to the blessed emptiness of stillness and inner silence.

His Workshops and Spiritual Travel Adventures have an electric intensity that unifies the spiritual with the mundane, from the poetic discovery of the soul to the modern approach of ancient shamanic practices.

Ernesto is recognized in the holistic, health and metaphysical field as an inspiring facilitator, teacher and therapist. His training began at an early age in Mexico with Curanderos and Shamans and has continued for many years with world renowned teachers in Transpersonal Psychology, Shamanism, Music Therapy, Bodywork and more.

Noorulhuda Al Mandhari, is an Engineer by profession and an adventurer by heart.  Her journey towards sports and adventure began in 2018 when she decided to scale the highest free standing mountain in the world, the highest mountain in the continent of Africa, and the 4th highest of the Seven Summits: Mount Kilimanjaro (5,890m above sea level). After Mount Kilimanjaro, She got the mountain bug (as they say) and decided to climb Everest Base Camp along with Island Peak in Nepal in 2019.   She is a Climber, co founder of Al Hunna and Ghudu.om  Listen to the episode and let me know what you think of it. She accredits her success to the power of a clear purpose and vision, alignment of head and heart and connection to Divine intelligence. When we are aligned with our true selves we naturally attract and manifest our dreams. She lives by the belief that “you don’t need to be great to start but you need to start to be great”

Mohammad Hashim, at the age of 9, has already written his first book "Mind blowing Creatures" and is on his way to completing his second.   He fell in love with animals at the tender age of 4 and has been studying about them ever since. 

He has many dreams and one of them is to become the Prime Minister of Pakistan to serve animals as a priority.

Joining me in this episode are the amazing Dadi-Poti duo, Sheela Bajaj and Yukti Bajaj. Breaking all stereotypes, Dadi (Sheela Bajaj) at 77 started her own business with the support of her granddaughter, Yukti.
