Like coming home.

An update from a year of listening: I have grown to fully adore Nōn and this lovely podcast. I'm truly grateful for the authenticity and vulnerability that is shared on this show.

From last year: I’m new to this podcast, so I’ve only listened to a few episodes, but so far, it’s a bit like free therapy, as so many parts of my own experience are shared between the host and his guests, who are all excellent resources on mental health. It feels like a space where you can be seen, just by listening. Looking forward to more and very grateful that this exists.

Very educational

My favorite podcast. Non Wels is a great host and leads discussions that are very interesting and educational. These podcasts definitely open people up to how complex everyone is while also allowing us to understand how similar we are all as well.
