Such a great therapy podcast

Nedra always hits home with her messages. I love listening to her takes from callers because sometimes they sound like situations I am going through and it’s SUPER helpful. Thank you so much!! I hope you are well.

Really helpful

Great podcast for navigating difficult relationships. Nedra’s advice has helped give me more confidence in setting boundaries with family members, avoiding getting drawn into unwinnable conflicts, and focusing on what I can control. I often recommend this podcast to friends!

Sage Advice

Nedra consistently provides sage advice and takes a pragmatic approach to issues. I completely agree with a previous reviewer in that there are way too many ads and they’re lengthy. It’s very disruptive. If you’re going to have ads, do what must be done but they shouldn’t be so long for a 30 min podcast. The actual podcast without ads is probably 20 mins.
