Labeling is a cognitive distortion where we place labels on ourselves or on others. It can be destructive when the labels are negative. Jumping to Conclusions happens when we feel that we have enough information about ourselves or others to make a decision when, in fact, we do not.
The Positive Empowerment Initiative is a non-profit organization that seeks to help people overcome the challenges of their lives. It seeks to reduce suicide rates and improve overall mental health.
