Meditation is generally considered a safe activity, it is mainly a practice in deep stillness, breathing and presence. We meditate when we zone out of consciousness, even when going from A-B without conscious thought. This is much like a state of Trance.
This meditation is a practise to help you find more peace and clarity and with regular Practise you may find you are able to deepen and make more purposeful your meditation practises.
