    Have you ever heard the statement from someone that says, "You Don't Know What I've Been Through!?" I know that I have used that statement as my excuse for self-pity. The reality is that because there is nothing that you can do about what you've been through if you don't step away from that statement you're just going to keep living in self-pity. Why not just let it go and instead of analyzing what you can't change start analyzing what you can change. We all have been through something and will continue to go through things. Question what you can do to change that way of thinking. Do you have a vice that's weighing you down? If so, recognize it and prepare to put up a good hard fight.
