Surgery, surgery, surgery. What can we say about plastic surgery? It's something that is very prevalent in today's society. The stance in this episode stems from the way in which the lovely Hugo was treated in Love Island which really annoyed me. But let's agree to disagree. What do you think?

There is a difference between suffering and struggling. Suffering means "to undergo pain or distress" whereas struggling means "to contend with an adversary or opposing force". For arguments sake, what I'm trying to say is that struggling is better than suffering. To struggle against something means to try and win a battle and withstand your ground. Suffering means that you are being defeated and oppressed. I choose to be a Victor. Do you?

Following on from the last episode; the standards of men and women alike have changed. The definition of courting was to show interest in a woman with the intention to marry. Nowadays courting has morphed into dating which does not have to have marriage on the agenda but rather sex and cohabitation. You see where I'm going with this right?

Piggybacking off of an episode I watched of Bckchat LDN; I thought to address this notion of relationships, marriage and settling down. A lot has changed in society from my parents generation to now in terms of dating and marriage. Traditionally the two were in sync whereas nowadays, dating for some is the be all and end all. But who's to blame for that? Well... let's just say it is not just men who have changed.

First Fruits derives from a biblical concept but its principles can be applied to any area of life. It's about putting first things first. Labelling something as priority highlights importance but also separates it from what's not, allowing you to focus attention on what matters the most. Keeping first things first is a great skill in personal development and we want to aid you on that journey.
