Hi, I am Melie and I believe that each and every one of us has a very special gift and we are designed to live it. We all have the power to live the life we truly wish for - if we have the courage to go after it.
I love talking to people that followed their inner voice and made their dreams happen, professionally and personally. That's why I created this interview podcast - to share stories of my personal heroes. People that inspire me to do more, dream more, live more!
EMIE. is about following your own path and shining your light. And inspiring others to do the same.
It’s a community. –for everyone that always felt like the alien in the family, the black sheep, the one that was too much, too sensitive, too different. Let’s encourage each other to be brave. To be bold. To follow our heart. To help create the world we want to see. To be ourselves truthfully. The world needs new role models. Now.
And I speak to the people that help shape these inspiring souls. The gifted coaches and mentors that encourage all of us to believe in ourselves each day a little more. That cheer us on, and help us believe that we can create a better tomorrow.

I will share with you some parts of my story and my professional journey so far and how I live my life. I'll share with you how I moved from East Germany to Australia and back, finding my way to multi-passionate career success, crafting an Italian shoe brand on the way.

From career changers and corporate job dropouts, to multipassionate solo moms and free-spirited entrepreneurs. And they all have one thing in common - they live life by their own rules. A life lived to the full, chasing their dreams, full of enthusiasm and passion.

DE Intro: Von East Germany nach Down Under: Eine multipassionierte Mama auf der Suche nach Erfüllung & Traumjobs – und gründet eine italienische Schuhmarke auf dem Weg
In der heutigen ersten Episode vom Interview Podcast EMIE erfährst du, wer hier mit dir spricht, was dich hier bei EMIE erwartet und warum ich das eigentlich mache.
Ich gebe dir einen ersten Eindruck zu meiner Geschichte und meiner bisherigen beruflichen Reise, die mich von Leipzig in Ostdeutschland nach Sydney führte. Wie ich über Umwege meine multipassionierte Persönlichkeit entdeckte, auf dem Weg ein Shoelabel launchte und dann im CSR (Corporate Social Responsiblity) Bereich einen Traumjob fand. PS. seit kurzem habe ich mich wieder einmal umorientiert und lebe zeitweise in Spanien.
Ich liebe es mit interessanten Menschen zu sprechen und ihre Geschichten zu teilen. Voller Begeisterung werde ich hier in Zukunft spannende Menschen mit spannenden Geschichten interviewen. Vom beruflichen Wandel in 2024 und vom Corporate Job zum Aussteiger, von der Multipassionate Solo Mama zum erfolgreichen Entrepreneur. Und alle haben eines gemeinsam - sie leben ein Leben nach ihren eigenen Regeln. Ein Leben in vollen Zügen, sie jagen ihren Träumen nach, voller Enthusiasmus und Leidenschaft.
